With the upslope route of 96 km, 102 tunnels and more than 85 bridges – the route passes through forests of rhododendron, deodar, pine, and oak. The train moves in a slow pace due to the upward slope which gives you a lot more time to admire the nature’s bounty at ease. It is considered one of the best North Indian train journeys.
